ABOUT

The Complex has an eye on the future which means investing in our kids and the future of our community. The goal of the Youth Entrepreneurship Program at the Complex is to help our kids move into the creative space, allow them to develop critical thinking skills, give them positive role models, and encourage them to start thinking about the future at a young age. Our young people will get to meet with leaders from the African American community and be mentored over the course of a semester by local entrepreneurs. As part of the program, those mentors will help participants craft a simplified business plan based on the book, “Kidpreneurs” by Matthew and Adam Torren.
